About our company

REESON Education is London's premier teaching recruitment agency.

Our founding principals

Established in 2006 by an ex-teacher, Kim Thompson and a Teacher Recruitment Consultant Gareth Reece, the pair set about creating an education recruitment company based on the three core values they felt were lacking in the industry at that time: honesty, integrity, and excellence.

Who are we now?

Today, REESON Education is a thriving, close-knitted group of thirty Recruitment Consultants, Managers, Compliance Administrators and Candidate Resourcers. We are proud to have been working with many of our schools, teachers and teaching assistants for over a decade, a testimony to how hard we stick to our core-principals. SEN Teacher SEN Teacher - Primary Long Term/Permanent All boroughs of London September Ofsted Good/Outstanding SEN Primary Classroom Teacher: REESON Education are currently looking for Primary School Teachers to work within Special Schools across all boroughs of London. With Covid 19 being at the forefront of everyone's minds now, we have been contacting our client schools and have decided we will help them find suitable candidates for September 2020. We are looking for Primary SEN Teachers who are looking for long term and permanent positions in schools. As a primary school teacher working with children with special needs, you will be working with small class sizes in order to give the optimum attention, so you are able to see where progression is needed.


A vibrant and forward thinking school in Harrow is seeking a Key Stage 1 Teacher to join the school in September 2020. You will be joining a lovely teaching team with a mix of experienced and newly qualified teachers. To join the school you will be: * A qualified teacher with a Post Graduate Certificate of Education, Graduate Teacher Programme Certification or Bachelor of Education qualification * Confident in your approach to teaching * Able to adapt lessons to suit the needs of the pupils * Able to implement challenging lessons * Confident implementing the Key Stage One or Key Stage Two curriculum. SEN TA SEN TA for pupils with MLD Long Term/Permanent All boroughs of London September Start Ofsted Good and Outstanding The SEN TA Job: Reeson Education are currently looking for confident SEN TA's to work with pupils with MLD such as autism, visual impairments, hearing impairments and other moderate learning difficulties, at our client schools across London. We are seeking SEN TA's who are currently looking for long term and permanent roles for a September 2020 start. The SEN TA's should have prior experience working with children who have moderate learning difficulties. The TA will be working with children who require personal care so a background in health care would be ideal, however this is not essential.


SEN Teacher SEN Teachers Greater London SEMH: SEN Teacher for Social Emotional and Mental Health (All Key Stages) Long term/ Permanent Full Time £140 - £200+ depending on role and experience September 2020 COVID-19 provisions Teacher Role Information: Reeson Education are currently looking for Teachers for a September 2020 start. With COVID 19 being a current worry for all staff members from the education sector, we are currently in talks with schools in order to find them suitable applicants from September 2020. We are looking for SEN Teachers who specialize in SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), that can hit the ground running for the start of the next academic year. We are speaking to schools on a regular basis who have briefed Reeson Education that they will be struggling to replace retiring staff members and due to the current situation that we are currently facing, there is no knowing how staffing will look for September, therefore we have promised schools that we will ensure that they are fully staffed and prepared for September.
