About our company

REESON Education is London's premier teaching recruitment agency.

Our founding principals

Established in 2006 by an ex-teacher, Kim Thompson and a Teacher Recruitment Consultant Gareth Reece, the pair set about creating an education recruitment company based on the three core values they felt were lacking in the industry at that time: honesty, integrity, and excellence.

Who are we now?

Today, REESON Education is a thriving, close-knitted group of thirty Recruitment Consultants, Managers, Compliance Administrators and Candidate Resourcers. We are proud to have been working with many of our schools, teachers and teaching assistants for over a decade, a testimony to how hard we stick to our core-principals. In a competitive market, and with schools facing ever-tougher budget restrictions, we are proud that we continue to thrive by providing excellent service to our schools and candidates.

Maths Teacher - Redbridge KS3/4 Teacher (EBD) Specialist Maths Teacher - Redbridge Very well run PRU £140 - £200 per day Full Time Job Long Term Post - July 2019 Immediate Start Permanent Contract Available The Role A well run and effective PRU/alternative provision centre in Redbridge is seeking a specialist Maths teacher to teach at their KS3/4 centre. The school has been part of a federation for a couple of years and whilst staff have been retained and the student body remains very similar the changes to systems, expectations, outcomes and the mood is unrecognisable. The school is a positive place to work where challenging students do exist but where real worthwhile change is produced through hard work, a great team ethos and a supportive SLT. Ofsted praised the school's approach to individualised work programmes, the work done by staff to help those students who had gaps in their learning, the school's strong community spirit and the strong partnerships with students' families - the school is rated as 'Good with outstanding features'.

Maths Teacher Reeson Education is currently in URGENT NEED for an experienced Maths teacher to work in a challenging Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) delivering Maths to SEMH pupils. The role starts for September 2020 but the school are interviewing immediately. This post is full time and you will deliver lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils. The PRU specialise in working with pupils who are excluded from mainstream education with an EHCP with SEMH.
