About our company

REESON Education is London's premier teaching recruitment agency.

Our founding principals

Established in 2006 by an ex-teacher, Kim Thompson and a Teacher Recruitment Consultant Gareth Reece, the pair set about creating an education recruitment company based on the three core values they felt were lacking in the industry at that time: honesty, integrity, and excellence.

Who are we now?

Today, REESON Education is a thriving, close-knitted group of thirty Recruitment Consultants, Managers, Compliance Administrators and Candidate Resourcers. We are proud to have been working with many of our schools, teachers and teaching assistants for over a decade, a testimony to how hard we stick to our core-principals. REESON Education are recruiting for Newly Qualified and experienced Primary Teachers to undertake contracts within our network of partner schools across the borough of Camden. Given the current climate, our partner schools are looking to organise September recruitment earlier this year. We work with a variety of schools, from 1 - 4 form entry as well as LEA owned, Academies and Faith Schools. Our schools look for Primary Teachers of differing experience levels and many are able to offer support with Induction Years for NQT applicants.


A central North West based Primary school are looking to appoint a Primary Class Teacher from Sept 2020. The SLT are looking for recruit two Primary Class Teacher for the new academic year and can offer NQTs support or for those more experienced, areas of responsibility could also be available (TLRs). The school is based at 5 mins walk from an underground station - Zone 1 Inner London weighting, and offer excellent transport links across London. The supportive SLT are looking for dynamic and 'can do' attitude qualified teachers to join their team.
