About our company

REESON Education is London's premier teaching recruitment agency.

Our founding principals

Established in 2006 by an ex-teacher, Kim Thompson and a Teacher Recruitment Consultant Gareth Reece, the pair set about creating an education recruitment company based on the three core values they felt were lacking in the industry at that time: honesty, integrity, and excellence.

Who are we now?

Today, REESON Education is a thriving, close-knitted group of thirty Recruitment Consultants, Managers, Compliance Administrators and Candidate Resourcers. We are proud to have been working with many of our schools, teachers and teaching assistants for over a decade, a testimony to how hard we stick to our core-principals. It is seeking high calibre NQT's or experienced teachers with an excellent understanding of the national curriculum to inspire children at Key Stage 2 (KS2). Music Teacher

Music Teacher Reeson Education is working with a mixed academy that is looking to employ a Music Teacher. This is a full time permanent contract starting September 2020. Are you a passionate, UK qualified music teacher? Are you looking to work as part of a friendly, well-equipped team, led by an excellent head of department?


German Teacher I am working with an exceptional independent boys school who are looking to appoint a German Teacher. This is a part time role of only one day a week. The position starts September 2020 and would be paid via the agency on a daily rate, in line with experience. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a supportive and dynamic working environment and join a highly successful and well equipped teaching staff.


Headteacher PA I am working with an exceptional independent girls school who are looking to appoint a Heateacher PA This position will actually involve working under the school's two deputy heads as their PA. The role is full time, all year round with a salary of £20k - £23. The salary range is non-negotiable. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a supportive and dynamic working environment and join a highly successful and well equipped teaching staff.


Computer Science Teacher A mixed comprehensive school in Lambeth is looking to take on a Computer Science teacher to start September 2020. This is a part time position, 3 days a week. The role would be until Christmas in the first instance, with a view to becoming a permanent position from then on. The school has a large and well equipped IT department and the school are looking for a strong Computer Science teacher to join their ranks.


SEN TA A mainstream Primary school in Brent with an SEN ASD unit attached are looking to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this Autumn Term 2020. The unit works with pupils across EYFS - KS2, with differing needs. Experience working with pupils with ASD is preferable but not essential. SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant - Brent * SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant * SEN ASD Unit - Primary School * Full Time * £70 - £90 per day * 'Outstanding' school * Start ASAP (upon schools opening) Role Information For this position you will need to be an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who has worked with pupils who either have Severe Learning Difficulties or who are on the autistic spectrum.
