Are you an innovative and effective Senior Operational Leader in the Health or Social Care Sector with a proven record of making a positive contribution to the lives of people with a learning disability and/or autism? if so we want to hear from you! You will have commercial experience, the ability to spot an opportunity, and the drive and ambition to deliver our plans for growth and development. You will also need to ensure that all services are person-centred, values based and have effective systems in place.
Are you that rare person who can combine an imaginative, creative approach with a focus on tasks and processes? Do you want to bring your Learning Management Systems skills to an organisation which shares your values? You'll play a lead role in ensuring engaging, high quality eLearning, continually assessing its success and relevance, reporting back regularly to the senior leadership team. You'll implement a blended approach to e-learning, combining developing our own content with buying in from external suppliers.
Are you an educator with SEN experience? Could you help transform the lives of children and young people with complex needs? At our residential children's home in St Albans, we provide 24 x 7 care and support for up to five children and young people, aged 11 to 18. The home provides a residential therapeutic model for young people with autism and/or learning disabilities, and behaviour that challenges, who may also have a mental health condition.
