We are recruiting for a Night Lead to join our children's homes as part of our waking nights team in this opportunity on a fixed term contract until February 2021. This opportunity will be based in based in our fantastic 2 and 4 bedroom purpose built homes on our single site at Cheadle Hulme near Manchester Airport. The Night Lead will directly manage the shift leads, seniors and associated staff teams in promoting quality sleep for our children, and when awake a safe, caring and purposeful learning environment that will assist them to achieve their fullest potential.
