Role Information
For this position you will need to be an experienced Teaching
Assistant/SEN TA who has worked with pupils who either have Severe
Learning Difficulties or who are on the autistic spectrum. All
schools are well connected on public transport and are friendly,
vibrant parts of London with lots of shops, cafes and bars
nearby.
You will mainly be working with Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2 pupils
who all have a diagnosis of autism and have significant delay in
their academic and social ability. Many of these students have
limited communication skills and as a result experience working
with students who have speech, language and communication needs
(SLCN) would be advantageous.
