Special Needs Teaching Assistants for 1:1 Support & Intervention Groups 'We are the only education recruitment agency who solely offer long term and permanent work. We do not offer any day to day supply work' We are recruiting experienced SEN teaching assistants to support schools across Derbyshire starting in September 2021. The roles will involve working with children on a 1:1 and intervention group basis. You may also be required to support children with additional needs therefore experience of SEN is desirable.

We are delighted to be working alongside one of our partner schools in the DE21 area who are looking to add a Teaching Assistant to their team to work alongside a KS1 / KS2 Class. The role will be full time (Mon-Fri) and will be contracted from September 2021. This opportunity may develop into permanent for the right candidate. The school require someone who: Holds at least one year's experience of working within a school Holds a teaching assistant qualification or relevant degree Has a fantastic attendance record and will be reliable Will be able to quickly build relationships with children and staff Is available to work from September 2021 Has a valid and up to date DBS The main duties within the role will be: Leading small academic sessions with all pupils Supporting children with reading, writing and phonics Liaising with the class teacher and SENCO around pupil progress Helping the class teacher to engage pupils in lessons Assisting the class teacher with the setup of the classroom Applications will only be accepted if you meet the above criteria.

Level 4 Qualified Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Derbyshire Full-time/Permanent £75-90 per day We are looking to work with an enthusiastic HLTA's, who will work within Nottinghamshire, supporting with intervention sessions throughout classes. We have roles in both primary and secondary schools. The full-time positions, come with an immediate starting date, and will see the successful individual work with small groups of children, providing booster sessions, focusing on the pupils development. To be considered for this role, you must be eligible to work within the UK, and should be Level 4 Qualified or equivalent.
