Part-time SEN Teaching Assistant Hammersmith Payscale £80-£90 per day We are currently working with an outstanding, independent primary school in the Hammersmith area. The school are seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant, with experience working with children with special educational needs, to join their dedicated team of supportive staff on a part-time basis. The role will be part time, working 3 days a week during school hours, for the remainder of the academic year. Main duties include: Working on a 1:1 basis, as well as in smaller groups, with students that require additional support.

Behaviour Teaching Assistant Hammersmith Payscale - £80-£90 We are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to support Key Stage 2 students who present with challenging behaviours. This will include working 1:1 with a variety of children to support their learning and manage behaviours. The role is on a full time basis across 5 days a week until the end of the academic year and duties will entail: Supporting students with managing behaviours and support their learning To assist the class teacher in carrying out an appropriate planned programme of work to meet the needs of pupils Assist in the monitoring of the child's performance and reporting progress Assist the child's integration into the rest of the class. To support and implement the school behaviour policy The ideal candidate will have: A proven ability of working with children A Degree or relevant qualification is desirable A Mappa or Team Teach qualification Effective communication skills are essential to talk to pupils and support with their behaviours Successful candidates will benefit from working at an inclusive school in a professional and friendly environment with an experience and supportive senior team.
