Are you a highly reliable and caring experienced Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant? We are delighted to be working alongside one of our partner Alternative Provision. We are looking to add a 1:1 behaviour support assistant to their team to work alongside their pupils who present with challenging behaviours. The role will be full time (Mon-Fri) and will be contracted until the end of July 2022.

Pupil referral unit - Teaching support We are currently seeking to appoint several members of staff for a pupil referral unit in the Derbyshire area. Ideally, HLTA/ TA with a background of working with SEND needs such as SEMH, EBD, ASD & ADHD would be the best fit for this client. All members of staff will have access to laptops and phones to complete their roles and specifically, will be working on a 1:1 basis with learners daily. Essential for this role: Driver's license Minimum one year's school-based experience Experience supporting SEN pupils Teamwork skills and an effective communicator The ability to think fast in emerging situations Outstanding behaviour management Excellent relationship building skills This is a challenging, but rewarding role, where successful candidates will have excellent progression opportunities.
