1:1 Teaching Assistant | DE7 Area Do you have experience working with disadvantaged students? Are you seeking long term employment? Are you interested in working with SEND students? LTF Recruitment are working closely with an alternative provision which is well known for re-engaging young people in education.
Pupil referral unit - Teaching support LTF Recruitment are currently seeking to appoint several members of staff for a pupil referral unit in the Derbyshire area. Ideally, HLTA/ TA with a background of working with SEND needs such as SEMH, EBD, ASD & ADHD would be the best fit for this client. All members of staff will have access to laptops and phones to complete their roles and specifically, will be working on a 1:1 basis with learners daily. Essential for this role: Driver's license Minimum one years' school-based experience Experience supporting SEN pupils Teamwork skills and an effective communicator The ability to think fast in emerging situations Outstanding behaviour management Excellent relationship building skills This is a challenging, but rewarding role, where successful candidates will have excellent progression opportunities.
