We are currently recruiting candidates for a General Teaching
Assistant position with strong behaviour management for a Primary
School in Haringey, starting in September 2020. Experience within
Key Stage 2 is essential.
This position is a classroom based role supporting the children
and the class teacher. You will be required to work across Key
Stage 2, therefore strong behaviour management is essential and
experience is required.
The role will entail working 1-2-1 with a pupil with a diagnosis
of Autism. The pupil does have an Educational Healthcare Plan in

SEN Teaching Assistant (ASD Focus) | Outstanding Primary

A fantastic Primary School in London are on the hunt for a SEN
Teaching Assistant with an ASD Focus for ASAP or September start.
This will be a full time, and long-term role for the entire
academic year.
You will specialise in supporting Autism / ASD on both a 1:1 &
group basis across EYFS, KS1 & KS2. The SENCo is eager to find a
forward thinking, and hardworking graduate who is keen to go above
and beyond for all.
An SEND school based in Westminster specialising in SLD and PMLD
that cater for students aged between 4 and 19 are looking for a
teaching assistant to join their support staff f team.
They require a teaching assistant for a long term, full time
role to work within their well resourced primary department. You
will be required to provide 1:1 support for a Key Stage 2 pupil
with a specific physical disability who requires manual handling
and hosting in and out of a wheelchair on a daily basis. You may
also be required to provide general and in class support and to
lead small group interventions to SEND students under the direction
of the Learning Support Coordinator.
Special needs Teaching Assistant - London
A Special school (SEN) which caters for pupils with a range of
needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Autism (ASD)
and behavioural difficulties (EBD) is looking for Teaching
Assistants to start in May 2019 for long-term roles. There are a
high proportion of autistic children attending the school so a good
knowledge and understanding of autism is essential for the role.
Also, being able to work with challenging behaviour would be
beneficial.
The role will be very varied; you will need to be flexible to
work with pupils aged 4-16 years old in a whole class setting and
also 1:1 work with certain pupils.
