The school is a vibrant and successful school with a track record of high standards and successful outcomes for pupils of all backgrounds and ability, therefore the right candidate will need to be dedicated to work as part of a fantastic team. The duties of this role include supporting children in the classroom, working with class teachers / SENCO to provide interventions for the students and ensuring students are engaging and interacting well. You will need to have the ability to plan and adapt activities to suit individual needs and have a calm, patient approach.
