About our company

We are a family-owned recruitment agency with over 30 years’ experience in Education and Recruitment. We pride ourselves on building professional relationships with our staff, candidates and clients based around our core values: Trust – Honesty – Integrity – Respect – Teamwork – Accountability

Starfyn Limited was founded in 2020, with the aim of becoming a preferred recruitment partner for Schools & Businesses. Our aim is to lower the overall costs incurred and to reduce the time it takes to find the right candidate, without effecting the quality of the hire or the service received.

We're able to do this by keeping our costs low and by utilising our network of contacts and our recruitment expertise to source the best talent across London and the South West.

For our candidates, we aim to make you stand out in a world where a pool of candidates can be provided at a click of a button. We always meet face to face (Over video link currently!), by doing so we hope to arrange an interview with the school or business that not only matches your skill set, but also your career aspirations.
