Learning Support Assistant

Learning Support Assistant | Long-Term, Full-Time | Hammersmith An ‘Outstanding' school located in Hammersmith are looking to recruit two Graduate Learning Support Assistants (LSA) for an ASAP start. You will be working in classrooms with KS3, 4 and 5 students, supporting pupils with behavior difficulties and special educational needs, and helping them to grow and to develop. It's a fantastic role with huge potential for caring and driven Graduates who are keen to make a difference daily. EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant – Speech and Language Focus This is a brilliant opportunity for an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join a creative and inclusive Primary School and work with children who have speech and language difficulties. Ideally, you will have experience of working with children who have speech and language difficulties, however, a positive and pro-active attitude with a basic knowledge of speech and language is what you will need to excel in this role! You will be working on a 1:1 and small group basis, using techniques such as PECS and Makaton to help children develop their speech. This SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity will allow you to gain an advanced knowledge of SEN as well as building valuable skills that will put you in an excellent position before teacher training or further education!
