Teaching Assistant needed ASAP Our client is a lovely, friendly one-form entry primary school in a leafy part of North Finchley with lots of green space, an inclusive team and brilliantly behaved children. We are looking for a proactive teaching assistant to support a very happy and lovely Year 1 child for 5 mornings a week. The child has a diagnosis of global development delay with a recently agreed Education, Health and Care Plan. She has delayed language and communication skills, and experiences difficulties with learning, attention and concentration, self-care, and gross and fine motor skills.
SEN Teacher LT Support is working with a creative and unique residential school for children between the ages of 5 & 19 who are seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to join them for the rest of the school year. Working across KS3 and KS4, you will be working with students with SLD, ASD or Complex needs with their level of education p-levels 4 to NC1. The school is situated in 13 acres of parkland just a few hundred metres from the sandy beaches of Broadstairs. They seek to meet the needs of children and young people with autism and severe learning difficulties with associated behaviours that may be challenging.

Care Home Manager We are looking for a skilled and compassionate House Manager to join this dynamic team at a Residential School. You'll need to be capable, confident and have the professional skills and knowledge to lead your house team and the empathy and understanding to care for our young people. Responsibilities include recruitment, planning and training, communication with families and other external stakeholders and a good working knowledge of Ofsted requirements. The Children's Home comprises a number of houses, each with between 2-6 young people aged 12-19 years who have special needs including severe social communication difficulties, complex learning disabilities and some challenging behaviour.
Residential Care Worker We are seeking experienced Residential Care Workers to provide support within a residential home both on a one-to-one basis as well as with groups of young people. The young people will be on the Autistic Spectrum and may have other severe and complex needs. Working on a rota basis your day can be from 7:30-3pm or 2pm-10pm with weekend shifts also required. Ideally you will have experience of working with young people with additional needs and challenging behaviour.
LT Support have partnered with a transitional service for 16-19 year olds that is opening in King's Lynn, Norfolk. We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable and highly-motivated Supported Living Workers You will provide support, guidance and key working to 16 to 19 year old young people in Semi-Independent supported accommodation. The role will enable you to contribute to the transition from care to independence for the young people. The role will include providing vulnerable young people with the support and guidance they will need to achieve success and independence.
