You must have resilience as behaviour can be challenging at times, as well as a real desire to make a positive impact on every pupil.  The role is to start immediately for the remainder of the academic year, with extension into the new school year for the right candidate!  Experience working in a similar setting is desirable but not essential as long as you hold a degree or a relevant qualification.
