We are currently working alongside a Specialist SEN School in Swansea, who are looking to assign a Specialist SEN Assistant to support pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). The school caters for pupils aged 3-19 with complex physical and sensory impairments. It will be your role to support pupils to access a highly bespoke and tailored curriculum. You must have experience of supporting young people or adults with physical disabilities and/or additional needs.
we are currently working alongside one of our partner Cardiff Secondary Schools that are looking to recruit a Behaviour assistant for a position working withing the Secondary School's specialist behaviour base. As a Behaviour Buddy, you will need to have the ability to build strong, trusting and stable relationships with young people, and be consistent in your approach to behaviour management. Although this role will mainly be on a 1:1 basis you will often be asked to support with small group interventions within the behaviour provision and on occasions have to support the pupils in the mainstream classes as the school look to integrate these pupils on a phased basis. We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in our client school in Bournemouth. This is a full time role to start in May Monday - Friday, 9-3.30 SEN Support - Autism Full Time The school is an SEN School in Bournemouth catering for pupils with Autism. The school caters for children from 4-16 years old.
We work very closely with Virtual School's and SEN Service's to provide 1:1 face to face tuition to pupils throughout the Southampton and surrounding areas, including Fair Oak, Chandlers Ford, Woolston, Bishops Waltham and New Forest. Teaching Personnel is also an approved NTP partner and is able to offer tutors work under this scheme. Most of our tuition is provided for pupils who are not in education and are awaiting school placements, however we also have requests to provide tuition within Schools. The pupils need support to ensure that they do not fall too far behind on their education following missing chunks of school or awaiting suitable school placements.
