Tutors Required in Bingham and Grantham Are you a fully qualified Teacher who is looking for a more flexible work schedule, or need to supplement your current income? We work very closely with the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Local Authorities to provide focused 1:1 tuition to pupils throughout Nottinghamshire. Currently we have an urgent shortage of tutors in the Bingham and Grantham area. The referrals that we receive are for children who are not in education and are awaiting school placements, and many of the children may be vulnerable.


Location: Brighton Role: SEN Teaching Assistant Duration: Starting Feb 2021 till July 2021 at a minimum Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Fridays during school term time Pay rate: GBP60 – GBP75 per day (paid on a weekly basis – negotiable dependant on experience and references) Teaching Personnel are seeking medically trained or experienced staff to work as special needs teaching assistants for a Special Need School in Brighton. The role will involve administering medication, specialist feeding, personal care and moving and handling support of children aged between 6-11 years old. We are encouraging applicants with the following training or experience: • SEN Teaching Assistant • Health Care Assistant • Paediatric Care • Nursing • Makaton, PECS, TEACCH and/or sensory resources • Moving and Handling • Support Workers • Early Years • SEN Play Worker The school has two departments for children with autism, severe learning difficulties and medical needs. The successful applicant will need to be confident working across both departments in classrooms supporting children with their learning and care.


ASC Specialist Teacher required in Sussex ABOUT THE ROLE A specialist SEN school in West Sussex are looking to recruit teachers with experience working with ASC. • Working with an autism class with a group of 6 to 8 students who are in year 7 and 8. • The curriculum model requires teaching staff to deliver across a range of subject areas • To have an understanding with working with autistic pupils who have complex needs and present challenging behaviours. • A welcoming and high achieving primary school with an excellent support network • The school will also provide training in their curriculum The successful candidate will join a creative and supportive team of leaders and colleagues with excellent educational standards.


Do you have experience working with SEMH? Are you looking to use your skills and experience in a school environment? Teaching Personnel are working exclusively with a SEMH Provision in Basingstoke that are currently looking for staff to start as soon as possible. The school cater for primary and secondary pupils that have been excluded from mainstream school, therefore all the pupils have challenging behaviour.


Due to school closures, we are currently looking for online tutors to offer support to students. As one of the 32 approved suppliers for the National Tutoring Programme, Teaching Personnel is working with its client schools to offer support to students requiring catch up tuition. The school requires tutors across the core subjects. It is essential that the tutor will be able to confidently: Deliver lessons using an online platform, whilst being able to competently keep students engaged.


Teaching Personnel have been contacted by an Ofsted rated ‘good' school for an LSA (Learning support assistant) to join the support staff team at the end of February. The SENCO has expressed the requirement for an LSA as a result of a substantial increase in the number of students falling behind target grades across core subjects. The successful candidate will join a friendly, welcoming support team, working directly under the SENCO to provide additional assistance in the form of in-class mentorship as well as out of lesson 1:1 and small group sessions. We are looking for a passionate individual who will be able to create positive relationships with students.


Teaching Personnel are currently seeking tutors for Primary, Secondary and SEN pupils in English, Maths and Science in the Dorset area, especially, Bournemouth, Poole, Verwood, Ringwood and New Forest areas.  You will be providing 1-1 or small group tuition face to face in schools and in children's homes. The children we provide tuition for have special educational needs and disabilities or are disadvantaged pupil and children not in education. We are an NTP provider and will be able to offer you tuition of this kind in Schools.


Teaching Personnel are closely partnered with Local Authorities and SEN services in and around Portsmouth to deliver 1:1 tuition to pupils awaiting school placements. We have seen an increased demand for qualified teachers to assist young people who are not receiving the right support from mainstream education. This tuition primarily covers core subjects (English & Maths) from EYFS through to GCSE level. We encourage teachers from all background to apply and experience working with young people in care and SEND is advantageous.
