Making a Difference Every Day through Staffing, Intervention and Supply

We are recognised for our stringent vetting procedures, career enhancing CPD Academy, customer experience and sector specialist approach to school recruitment.  Every academic year we provide staff to over 5,000 schools delivering a national service on a local scale from our 80 branches.

We commit to 'quality' always aiming to provide the best services, the best candidates and the best value.  We strive to be the 'leading' agency in the market, making sure we have sufficient branch staff, locations and candidates to meet all of the staffing needs at our client schools.  We are committed to being 'expert' at what we do by training our staff to understand the schools market and the importance of fulfilling the special and often unique requirements of each individual school.  We want to be recognised as...

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Darwen based SEN School which caters for pupils who have additional needs including; SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD, ODD and attachment disorder. Many of the pupils in this school have additional needs and more often that not, do display challenging behaviours! The school is smaller than average and caters specifically for pupils who can no longer remain in mainstream education, therefore, candidates must be resilient and have strong behaviour management skills.  The role will be full time, starting after the October half term and many of the pupils will require 1:1 support as they struggle to engage in the curriculum.

Shortlisted

Teaching Personnel work closely with an SEMH provision in Darwen, East Lancashire who are seeking a Nurture Teacher for a long term role. The role would likely to start within the next two weeks and it will be a full time role - the role has become available due to a long term sickness so as it stands, we don't have a definite end date, but it set to continue for at least 8 weeks, but likely longer! The role would require you to deliver a range of subjects including Functional Skills, English and R.E, but help will be given with planning where required.
