We work very closely with the Derbyshire and Derby City Local Authorities to provide focused 1:1 tuition to pupils throughout Derby City and Derbyshire. The referrals that we receive are for children who are not in education and are awaiting school placements, and many of the children may be vulnerable. The learners need the support for various reasons, and these can vary from 1 hour a week to 5 hours a day Monday to Friday; this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Due to their SEN, the student is unable to attend school, and therefore the 1:1 tuition will occur in the home. The student lives in a residential home and requires tuition in Functional Skills English and Maths.
