We work very closely with Virtual School's and SEN Service's to provide 1:1 face to face tuition to pupils throughout the Southampton and surrounding areas, including Fair Oak, Chandlers Ford, Woolston, Bishops Waltham and New Forest.  Teaching Personnel is also an approved NTP partner and is able to offer tutors work under this scheme.  Most of our tuition is provided for pupils who are not in education and are awaiting school placements, however we also have requests to provide tuition within Schools. The pupils need support to ensure that they do not fall too far behind on their education following missing chunks of school or awaiting suitable school placements.

The tuition can be anything from 1 hour a day to full time and we have multiple students for you to support enabling you to work full or part time depending on your availability.

Currently, working at a Year 2 level we are looking for a tutor who can provide an interest led curriculum before incorporating core subjects. Tuition would take place in the home environment. We can be flexible on days and times but tuition would ideally need to take place during school hours.

The tuition would be expected to occur in the care home. The student is working at below their age-expected level and requires additional emotional support.
