We are recruiting experienced tutors and teachers who are interested in providing 1:1 face to face tuition. Teaching Personnel work closely with the Local Authorities, Virtual Schools and SEN Services across North Hampshire and have seen a growing demand in tuition following the coronavirus pandemic. The requests for tuition will vary for pupils in age, ability and subject requirements. However, to fulfil our current demand we are looking for specialists within core subjects (English and Maths) and experience within either primary, secondary or SEN settings.


Teaching Personnel are closely partnered with Local Authorities and SEN services in and around Alton to deliver 1:1 tuition to pupils awaiting school placements. We have seen an increased demand for qualified teachers to assist young people who are not receiving the right support from mainstream education. This tuition primarily covers core subjects (English & Maths) from EYFS through to A level. We encourage teachers from all background to apply and experience working with young people in care and SEND is advantageous.


Teaching Personnel work alongside virtual schools and SEN services in and around the local Aldershot area. Following the coronavirus pandemic, we have seen an increased demand for experienced tutors to provide catch up programmes to pupils who have had their education disrupted. We expect tuition requests to increase again in ahead of February half term within core subjects (Maths, English and Primary) and specialists in these field would be beneficial in order to fulfil the current need. Teaching Personnel support pupils ranging from Year 1 to College age, so we are looking for both primary and secondary specialists.


Teaching Personnel is currently working closely with local authorities (including virtual schools and SEN services) across Basingstoke to provide qualified teachers to deliver 1:1 tuition. We are looking for tutors who are specialists in core subjects (English, Maths and Primary) following a recent increase in demand. We support pupils of all ages so are looking for tutors from both a primary and secondary background. The majority of our placements are for pupils awaiting school placements and tuition sessions are often held in home environments.


1:1 Tutor

Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and engaging fully qualified teachers/tutors to support pupils on a 1:1 basis. The majority of our current placements are supporting pupils awaiting school placements, as such tuition often takes place in the home environment or out in the local community. We currently have availability across North Hampshire and are looking for tutors based in close proximity to this location. We've seen an increase in demand for specialists in core subjects (English and Maths) and have opportunities to support both primary and secondary pupils, so welcome teachers with QTS from any background.


Behavioural Specialist Required in our client pupil referral units in Birmingham Teaching Personnel are recruiting for behavioural specialist to work in several of their secondary client schools in and around Birmingham. You will be working with KS1-KS4 student with ADHD, ASD, SEMH and Challenging Behaviour. Due to their SEN, the student is unable to attend mainstream school. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, resilient, and calm natured to help engage these students and effectively manage any challenging behaviour that may arise.


Summary: Are you a Psychology or Criminology Graduate looking to get your foot into the education sector? Teaching Personnel are looking for Psychology or Criminology graduates to work with client special schools based in Newport and surrounding areas. You will be employed as specialist teaching assistants working with either special educational needs and or pupils with behaviour issues. Pay will start at £10.


Are you ready for a challenging new role supporting the wellbeing of children with SEN? Teaching Personnel are offering the successful candidate the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEN. The position is a Learning Support Assistant in the Wigan area. This would be working with children aged 2-18 years at a school that facilitates for SEN, such as ASC, PMLD and SLD.

The school are recruiting a SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) teaching assistant, when they reopen after the February half term.
