This rewarding role involves providing targeted support for two pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), helping them to access learning, develop independence, and thrive both academically and socially. Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP reviews and support plans. Hold GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Opportunities for ongoing professional development and training. Requirements
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (essential)
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above (essential)
Strong behaviour management skills
A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience with ASD, SLD or PMLD is highly desirable
