Covid Testers in Reading As a result of the rollout of mass Covid testing in schools, TLTP are seeking reliable and flexible Covid Test Assistants to support schools in the smooth running of the programme. The role will involve: Provides guidance to subjects on swabbing as requested, and ensures cleaning of booths or sample collection station• Directs subject to available testing stations and directs them to the exit when they are finished • On hand to provide subject with additional verbal instructions if required • Provides regular cleaning to testing stations throughout day (subjects are also ask to self-clean between each test) • For schools/colleges that require administered swabbing (e.g. SEND schools) You will complete a wide range of general daily tasks related to Covid testing including handing out and collecting self-testing kits, recording results, organising queues, cleaning the test site, as well as ensuring that the testing site is well set up and running efficiently during the day.
