Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, parents, and external professionals
Contribute to the school's inclusive ethos and development
Requirements - SEN Teacher (KS3)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working within SEN / SEND settings
Strong understanding of autism, MLD, and communication needs
Excellent behaviour management skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
A caring, patient and adaptable approach to teaching
