Job Role: Work with subject teachers and the SENDCo to support teaching and learning, by working with individuals or small groups of pupils with additional learning needs. Participate in planning and evaluation of learning activities with the teacher, relating to the needs of students you are supporting. Has a strong knowledge and practical understanding of Special Needs (SEN).
