The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Residential Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the home, while providing exceptional care and support to the children in our client's care. They are committed to providing the highest standards of care to the children in their care and are looking for a Deputy Residential Children Home Manager who shares their values and passion for making a difference.
Responsibilities Provide one-to-one or small-group tuition at GCSE level Plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual learning goals Track student progress and provide regular feedback Prepare students for exams, including revision planning and exam-technique coaching Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and the wider team Requirements Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science (additional subjects welcome) Previous tutoring or teaching experience (formal or informal) Excellent communication and organisational skills A patient, encouraging, and professional approach A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
