This role involves delivering personalised, one-to-one tuition to students who require specialist support to engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve progress within the UK GCSE curriculum. Monitor and report on student progress, providing clear feedback to parents, carers, and professionals involved in the students support network. Proven experience working with children or young people with Severe SEN in a one-to-one or small-group setting. Experience supporting students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other complex SEN profiles. All staff working with children and vulnerable young people are responsible for safeguarding and promoting their welfare.
