We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in Cambridgeshire Main duties will include: Managing behaviour confidently and in-line with school policies Building excellent relationships and rapport with students Taking initiative to engage pupils during lesson time Working on a 1-to-1 and group/general basis Assisting the teacher with class preparation, as and when required Person Specification: A minimum of GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above Full UK Driving License and Own Transport Experience of working with children in paid or voluntary employment Some knowledge of SEN (Special Educational Needs) Professional or personal experience of supporting individuals with additional needs and/or challenging behaviour This is a school-based role, focused on supporting learning and engaging pupils with challenging behaviour (ADHD, ADD, ASC).
