These students have a range of complex SEND needs including ASD, non-verbal, PMLD, global learning delay and SEMH. As an SEN Tutor, you will design and deliver tailored lessons that bridge gaps in learning, boost confidence, and help pupils re-engage with education. Your role will be to provide structure, encourage engagement, and support their academic and emotional development during this transitional period. Unfortunately, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Any adult working with children and vulnerable young people is responsible for safeguarding and protecting their welfare.

What you'll be doing:
* Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups within the school's complex-needs provision
* Helping pupils regulate, communicate and engage using clear routines and calm approaches
* Assisting with feeding, toileting and other aspects of personal care when needed
* Working closely with teachers and support staff to ensure consistency and team-based support
* Creating a safe, encouraging environment where pupils can develop confidence and independence
* Celebrating progress - even the smallest steps forward count
What the school are hoping for:
* Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, communication difficulties or cognitive delays
* Someone confident, patient and resilient, with a genuine passion for helping children flourish
* A strong team player who understands the value of shared communication and consistency
* Someone comfortable providing personal care where required
* An Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
