You will be required to do some SEN support with the students and the community. You will need to be comfortable liaising with social services and other parties to best support the young people.
Class sizes are therefore smaller with up to six pupils per class and there is a high staff-to-pupil ratio so that children are given the correct support when needed across the school day.
