This is a long-term position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the ideal candidate. Responsibilities: - Adapt quickly to new classrooms and build positive relationships with students - Utilise strong behaviour management skills to maintain a controlled and productive learning environment - Deliver pre-planned lessons in continuation of the student's learning plan - Cover teacher absences and ensure continuity in the classroom
Requirements: - Must have experience working in UK schools - Excellent behaviour management skills - Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and build positive relationships with students
