The successful applicant will have patience and experience using positive behaviour management to motivate and focus pupils.

This role is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, efficient, welcoming team. The school is a Secondary / Primary School where the school atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They have a growing SEN Team who are all passionate about their roles and the pupils that they support within the school.

We have been working with schools across the west Midlands for over 15 years and has built up an excellent reputation for putting our staff first. The schools we work with appreciate the positive relationships we build with our teachers and this is evident when they speak to our staff.
