Our residential School is open as usual, we are seeking staff to start as soon as possible. 

We are recruiting for full time Support workers to work with children, we can offer you either night shifts or day shifts (you will never need to work a mix of both). The young people we care for have Autism or a similar disability. This is a full time, permanent opportunity. 

We have a great benefits package for staff including the chance to train in a Level 3 qualification. 

No experience is necessary, full training is provided and is fully supported by an experienced and dedicated team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a childcare setting and progress your career. 

On day shifts you will work on a 2 week rolling rota that gives you 5 days off on one of the weeks, so in a 14 day period you will only work 7 days, each shift is 8am-8pm.

Hours are 8pm-8am on nights, 4 on 4 off.

You will never need to work a mix of days and nights.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing support within the residential home as well as classroom support
  • Personal Care Support
  • Supporting evening and weekend trips out
  • Working alongside other staff to provide the best possible care
