SEN Teaching Assistant

The role 

We are recruiting for a EYFS Teaching Assistant to work on a full time basis at a reputable primary school in Loughborough, starting as soon as possible on an ongoing basis.

The role will involve providing support to a child with Global Learning Delay therefore strong communication skills and the ability to engage with Teaching and Learning strategies is a must. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.


To be considered for the EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant position, you will: 

  • Hold a Level 2 or above in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
  • Be a confident and helpful individual with a passion for making a difference
  • Be willing to commit to the role, pupil and school for the foreseeable future
  • SEND experience is preferable
