Job description

SEN Support roles in education  
Location: Kent 
Start Date: Immediately 
Salary: £65– £80 per day (depending on experience) 
Contract: long-term, short-term, full-time or part-time  
Are you patient and caring? 
Are you confident working with children with Special Educational Needs? 
Are you a recent psychology graduate? 
Do you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant? 
We are offering Support roles in various SEN Schools across Kent.  You will be required to provide support to children who have SEN (including ASC, ADHD & SEMH) in groups or 1:1, within a classroom setting. You will have to be confident and able to work as part of a team, who challenge and support the progress of pupils.  We offer long-term, short-term, full-time or part-time roles due to commence immediately. We offer day-day, short or long-term bookings and even permanent roles. We can also facilitate part-time contracts or provide work around your schedule. 
Candidates with experience as a Health care Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Residential Support Worker or having a Psychology degree, with an interest in working with SEN children in an educational setting are welcome to apply.  
Interested candidates must have:   
  • Experience in a similar role 
  • Transferable skills working with adults or children that need emotional support. 
  • Enjoys working with children and as part of a team  
  • Sense of humour! 
  • A driving license would be advantageous 
  • In possession of an enhanced DBS or willing to apply for one through us
