SEN Learning Support Assistant 
  • Long-term/Full-time
  • £75-£90 a day 5 days per/week
  • Specialist school for children aged 5-19 with Autistic Spectrum Condition and/or language delay/disorder, and associated learning difficulties
  • Excellent experience for aspiring SEND Teachers, Educational Psychologists, Child psychologists and Counsellors
  • Ongoing training on offer
We are working with a specialist schools for both primary and secondary age children who have a range social, emotional / mental health needs as well as Autistic Spectrum Condition and/or language delay/disorder, and associated learning difficulties. We are looking for a Learning Support Assistants to work in group or 1:1 basis with specific children who need additional needs with schooling life
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring SEN Teachers, counsellors or educational psychologists to gain more experience and have an influence on the education experience of a specific child that is needs some additional support.
 
Requirements:
 
- Experience working with vulnerable young people
- Experience with traditional Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Experience working with children on a 1:1 basis
- Learning Support Assistant, Behavior Mentor, Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant
- Calm, patient and understanding personalities who can build strong relationships with children
