Job description
Face-to-Face Tutor (Qualified Teacher) - Help Learners Re-engage with Education
Location: East Luton (LU2) & surrounding areas
Hours: 10+ per week | Self-employedEvery young person deserves someone who believes in them.
At Equal Education, we support children and young people whose educational journeys haven't followed a traditional path. Through tailored tuition and mentoring, our tutors help learners rebuild confidence, re-engage with education and achieve their potential.
We're recruiting qualified teachers to provide face-to-face tuition in English, Maths and Science from KS1 through to GCSE and Functional Skills level.
You'll support:
• Children Looked After (CLA)
• Learners with SEND
• Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC)
• Learners who have experienced permanent exclusionWe're looking for teachers who:

• Can work independently and manage their own schedule
• Are available during school hours
