Job description
The Role:
The Ideal Candidate:
Deliver tailored, engaging tuition sessions to students with SEN
Support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
Plan and adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles and EHCP targets
Build positive relationships to encourage engagement and confidence
Monitor and report on student progress
What We Offer:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN
Strong behaviour management skills
Patient, empathetic and adaptable approach
QTS is desirable but not essential
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Competitive pay of £25-£30 per hour
