Primary School SENDCO Position in Leylans to start in October 2024 (part-time position, incredibly flexible)

SENCo Role Information:
- Veritas Education are currently working with a fantastic primary school located in Leyland, Lancashire who are recruiting for a part-time SENDCo this October.
- This primary school located in Leylans, Lancashire are looking for a passionate middle leader with SEN interests ready for a step up in their career or an experienced SENCo looking for a brand new challenge.
- To be considered for this position you must be an experienced primary school teacher with a sound knowledge of special educational needs and English as an additional language.
- The school are ideally looking for someone with strong SEN experience and hold the National SENCO award. The school are open to experienced teachers who are looking for the next step in their career.
- You must be of emphatic nature to offer support and guidance to all pupils and staff. You will be a compassionate individual who can effectively utilise and deliver SEN practices whilst ensuring you are always on top of the changes within inclusion.
- As a SENCo at this school you will be ensuring SEN teaching and safeguarding are working effectively. You will also have the full autonomy and charge of Teaching Assistants and Special Educational Needs.
