Quokka Education is working with Andover schools to bring in Cover Supervisors who can use their coaching experience to guide lessons, keep classes engaged, and set the pace of the school day.
What your success looks likeWhy coaches succeed in schools
- Day 1-30: Think of this as pre-season. You'll learn routines, build confidence, and establish your presence in the classroom. You'll quickly realise that the same authority you use to lead training translates perfectly here.
- Day 31-60: Now you're match fit. You'll adapt seamlessly to different schools and subjects, balancing authority with your empathetic and warm-hearted approach. Students will respect your calm confidence.
- Day 61-90: By now, you'll be a key part of the local education team. Schools will trust you to step in whenever needed, and your reputation will be that of a professional who delivers quality every single time.
