If you've ever motivated a team, adapted mid-session, or helped someone achieve more than they thought possible, you already have the qualities of a great Cover Supervisor. Quokka Education is searching for sports coaches who want flexible daytime work in local schools.
Your achievement pathway
- First month: Like stepping into a new squad, you'll spend time learning routines and building trust. You'll use pre-prepared lesson materials to lead classes, showing students you're empathetic and warm-hearted as well as authoritative.
- Second month: By now, you'll be a familiar presence. Schools will request you because you bring calm authority and structure, no matter the subject or age group.
- Third month: You'll be established as one of Alton's go-to Cover Supervisors, known for reliability, adaptability, and professionalism.
