Job description

Teaching Personnel work closely with an SEMH provision in Darwen, East Lancashire who are seeking a Nurture Teacher for a long term role.

The role would likely to start within the next two weeks and it will be a full time role - the role has become available due to a long term sickness so as it stands, we don't have a definite end date, but it set to continue for at least 8 weeks, but likely longer!

The role would require you to deliver a range of subjects including Functional Skills, English and R.E, but help will be given with planning where required.

The School hours are 9am - 4pm and candidates must be able to work the full hours requested.

The position would suit a candidate who has experience supporting pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism and / or ADHD. Some of the pupils will display challenging behaviours and you'll predominantly be teaching KS3 level students.

The role would suit an empathetic, compassionate and resilient candidate with a strong worth ethic.

The pay for this role will be between £105 - 135 per day dependent on experience!
