Health Care Assistant (HCA) Support Worker - no experience

A well-established large organization are recruiting for Health Care Assistant (HCA) and Support Worker for their 9 bed home in Kingswood, Bristol. You will be working with Adults who have learning disability, ABI, sensory loss, mental health, autism, physical disabilities who will have challenging behaviour.

Main job role: - Working with new or existing clients on a 121 basis - Clients have bespoke & tailored support plans to help them achieve their goals - Integrate clients into the community to help them towards independent living - Supporting clients with anything from getting a job, sign up to education or activities like swimming, arts & crafts, cookery sessions etc - Some personal care maybe required

Qualifying candidates: - Interest in a career in care or have paid, personal or voluntary experience in care

Contract / Terms: - Salary is £9,266 - £19,240 per annum = £8.91 - £9.25 an hour - Full or part time contracts available from 20 to 40 hours a week - Monday to Fridays with alternative weekends - We have days or waking nights only or you can do a mixture of both - Shifts are 12 hours so they can be 7am/pm - 7pm/am, 8am/pm - 8pm/am 9am/pm - 9pm/am
