Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (SEN Support)
Location: Nottingham (NG2)
Daily Rate: £90 - £105 per day
Days: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Role Type: Long term to permanent

A welcoming and well-connected secondary school in the Nottingham (NG2) area is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with additional learning needs in a collaborative and forward-thinking school environment.
This full-time role offers a blend of classroom support, 1:1 intervention, and small group work, with the potential to become a permanent position.

Your Role Will Include:
- Providing 1-1 and small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups under the guidance of subject teachers
- Delivering planned learning activities tailored to student needs
- Promoting independent learning and inclusive practices
- Providing constructive feedback to students on their progress
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has at least 6 months' experience in an educational setting (essential)
- A relevant qualification is highly desirable but not essential
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of SEN and student needs
- Holds a current, enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one)
