Job description
Internal Opportunity at Heron Hall AcademyHeron Hall Academy is looking to appoint dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our Inclusion Team from September.
This opportunity is open to all staff across the Trust as well as long-term agency workers.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs. You will work both in the classroom and through targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions. Working closely with class teachers, the inclusion team, senior leaders and the wider pastoral team, you will help ensure all pupils can access learning and achieve their full potential.
