Are you an experienced care professional looking to make a real difference? Inspire EHC is recruiting Support Workers in Norwich, Norfolk to support children and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Job Title: Support Worker - Children & Adults with SEND
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: Competitive hourly rates + enhanced pay for evenings/weekends
Job Type: Full-time, part-time, flexible shifts available
About the Role As a Support Worker in Norwich, Norfolk, you'll provide high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, complex physical needs, and health conditions. You'll be working in setting-based environments, including residential care services, respite centres, and specialist facilities. You will support individuals who live at home with their families and access structured care in residential settings.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering personal care and mobility support
Supporting communication and sensory needs
Assisting with daily routines, therapies, and activities
Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Creating a safe and inclusive environment
What We're Looking For
A kind, patient, and respectful approach
Experience working with children and/or adults with SEND is essential
A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care
