Sennen Education are recruiting for a SEN teaching assistant to join a variety of excellent primary and secondary schools in Salford. The roles require you support a variety of children who have SEND including Autism and ADHD. You may be required to work with them on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The roles we offer will be ongoing and long-term roles with an immediate start subject to the relevant checks being completed. The roles we offer do have the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
To join us and be successful in this role as SEND Teaching Assistant you will need:
- A minimum of six weeks UK school experience of supporting young people which you can evidence with references.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to pay for a new one)
- Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- Provide a CV with up to date employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
