Sennen Education are recruiting for a SEN teaching assistant to join schools in Bolton. As part of the role you will be supporting a variety of children who have SEND including Autism and ADHD.
You may be required to work with them on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The roles will be ongoing and long-term with immediate start subject to the relevant checks being completed. The role has the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
The idea candiate should:

- Be empathic and understanding to the learning needs of the children.
- Undertake and support in duties directed by teaching staff.
To join us and be successful in this SEND Teaching Assistant Role, you will need:
- A minimum of six weeks experience of supporting young people which you can evidence with references.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to pay for a new one)
- Provide a CV with up to date employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Overseas Police Check (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
